Keep in mind that the entire team welcomes you onboard and is looking forward to meet you. In most cases, you will arrive on an embarkation day ( when guests leave and new ones arrive). Embarkation day is a busy time for everyone on board, and crew members may seem less patient. The Crew Purser, Crew Steward or your department head will welcome you and will provide you with all the information you need.
